A Self-Proclaimed Dreamer

      Hey friends, I don't know about you, but this year has been really busy in a lot of ways. Lots of new games coming out (as well as remasters of some old classics), new movies and series are seemingly coming faster and more frequently than ever. Next year is no exception to this rule, and even as I write this, I'm already anticipating some of the cool new things that we'll be getting in 2025. I'm going to lay it out right now, and we'll see just how things end up when the new year does roll around. I'm not going to comment any on the allegedly leaked specs of the new "Switch 2," but I am definitely going to be talking about the games that will hopefully be included on the new system.  Hey friends, in the words of some of the students that I work with, I'm getting old. Granted, it's not that old in the grand scheme of things, but this week, I'm turning 30. I've already received some comments about what I'm going to do for my midlife crisis, and if I'm checking out retirement homes soon, but I'm not planning on checking in quite yet, thank you very much.       Hey friends, if you're anything like me, you're pretty excited for the third Sonic the Hedgehog movie. Therefore today, I want to talk a little bit about the second movie now that it's been a little while since it first came out. I'm not going to worry too much about covering up spoilers, because really I think anyone interested in it has probably already seen it by now, and if not, please get on it! It's a fun time and I liked it a lot. I could have done without the part where Sonic and Tails have a dance off in the mountains, but overall, the movie was pretty good, though definitely aimed at a younger audience.       Hey there friends. It's good to see me, isn't it? It has been a little while since I wrote anything about a movie that I've seen recently, but I just watched the new Wicked movie over Thanksgiving break, and I thought I'd write a little ditty about it while it's still fresh in my mind.
